Fivro is designed for adults aged 18 and above who want to plan self-drive trips and create personal travel media. We keep data collection narrow and transparent.
Fivro only collects and stores the user ID, coin information, and subscription information needed to operate account status, paid feature access, and in-app balance display.
Other travel content, including route notes, selected photos, city collection entries, challenge records, posters, enhanced photos, and generated road movies, is used on the device and stored locally on the device where applicable.
Information We Collect
We collect a user ID to identify the local app profile and keep the app experience consistent. We collect coin information to show balances and process coin-based feature access. We collect subscription information to show membership status, expiration, and access to subscription benefits.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, phone contacts, precise location history, health information, messages, browsing history, or personal photos on our servers. Photos selected in Fivro are used for app features on your device, such as posters, photo enhancement, city collection, and road movie generation.
How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to provide coin balance display, subscription status display, paid feature availability, local profile continuity, support handling, and compliance with app store purchase processes.
Local Device Storage
Fivro may store app preferences, user ID, coins, subscription display state, city collection records, challenge records, edited poster data, and generated media references on your device. Clearing app data or deleting the app may remove locally stored content depending on device settings.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Fivro offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Purchase confirmation, billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation are handled through the applicable app store and payment system. We use purchase status only to display access and unlock eligible features.
