By using Fivro, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Membership Agreement where applicable, and the Apple standard EULA linked above. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
Fivro is intended for users aged 18 and above. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Fivro complies with applicable laws and safety requirements.
App Purpose
Fivro provides self-drive route planning support, route inspiration, poster creation, photo enhancement, city collection, badge records, and local road movie generation. Route content is provided for planning and creative reference only.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safe driving, checking real-time road conditions, obeying traffic rules, confirming weather, parking, fuel, charging, permits, opening hours, and local restrictions before travel. Do not interact with the app while driving.
Content and Media
You may select photos and create posters, enhanced images, records, and videos for personal use. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any photo or content you use in Fivro.
Purchases
Fivro may offer subscriptions and coin purchases. Paid items unlock eligible app features as described in the app. Prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the applicable app store purchase process.
Limitations
Fivro does not guarantee route accuracy, arrival times, road safety, availability of attractions, charging or fueling availability, weather suitability, or travel outcomes. Always verify important travel decisions with current and official sources.
